BAIRE ("we", "us", or "our") is a business intelligence platform operated by MW4 Digital. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our service at baire.app (the "Service").

2. Information We Collect

Account information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and organization name.

Financial data: When you connect third-party services (Stripe, QuickBooks, Square, Shopify, HubSpot, Google Sheets), we retrieve transaction records, customer names, and revenue data from those services on your behalf. This data is stored in your account and used solely to generate reports and insights for you.

Usage data: We collect standard web server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited to operate and improve the Service.

Payment information: Billing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your financial data to train AI models.

4. AI Processing

BAIRE uses the Anthropic Claude API to generate reports and insights. Summarized financial data is sent to Anthropic's API for processing. Anthropic's data handling is governed by their own privacy policy. We do not send personally identifiable customer information to the AI — only aggregated transaction summaries.

5. Third-Party Integrations

When you connect a third-party service (e.g. Stripe, QuickBooks), you authorize BAIRE to access data from that service on your behalf using OAuth. We store access tokens securely to enable ongoing syncs. You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting the integration in your account settings.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted token storage, and access controls. Your data is stored on Railway's cloud infrastructure. Despite our best efforts, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is deleted within 30 days. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below. If you are located in the EU/EEA, you may also have rights under GDPR.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy
