1. Overview

BAIRE ("we", "us", or "our") is an AI business partner platform operated by MW4 Digital. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our service at baire.app (the "Service").

2. Information We Collect

Account information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and organization name.

Financial data: When you connect third-party services (Stripe, QuickBooks, Square, Shopify, HubSpot, Jobber, Clover, WooCommerce, PayPal, Google Sheets) or upload a CSV file, we retrieve transaction records, customer names, and revenue data from those services on your behalf. This data is stored in your account and used to generate reports, insights, and chat responses for you.

AI-generated memory: As you use BAIRE, it saves durable facts it learns about your business, from conversations and from automated analysis of your connected data, so future reports and answers can reference them without you repeating yourself. You can view, edit, or delete anything BAIRE has remembered from your account settings at any time.

Usage data: We collect standard web server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited to operate and improve the Service.

Payment information: Billing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the Service
• To generate AI-powered reports, insights, and chat responses from your connected data
• To remember durable facts about your business across conversations and report cycles
• To send weekly digest emails and automated reports (if enabled)
• To respond to support requests
• To improve the Service

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data to train AI models. BAIRE's AI features work by sending your data as context on each request, not by fine-tuning any model on it.

4. AI Processing

BAIRE uses the Anthropic Claude API to generate reports, insights, and chat responses. This requires sending your business data, including customer names, transaction details, and other business information you've connected or told BAIRE, to Anthropic for processing, along with any durable facts BAIRE has previously remembered about your business (see Section 2). Anthropic does not use this data to train its models; its handling of the data is governed by its own privacy policy and data processing terms.

5. Third-Party Integrations

When you connect a third-party service (e.g. Stripe, QuickBooks), you authorize BAIRE to access data from that service on your behalf using OAuth. We store access tokens securely to enable ongoing syncs. You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting the integration in your account settings.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted token storage, and access controls. Your data is stored on Railway's cloud infrastructure. Despite our best efforts, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is deleted within 30 days. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below. If you are located in the EU/EEA, you may also have rights under GDPR.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service.
