BAIRE ("we", "us", or "our") is an autonomous accounts receivable (AR) intelligence and collections platform operated by MW4 Digital LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our service at baire.app (the "Service").

2. SMS Privacy & Opt-In Data Protection

"We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes."

Any phone numbers collected for SMS messaging purposes, including opt-in verification and consent records, are used solely for account notifications, customer support, and authorized accounts receivable collection alerts requested by the account holder. SMS consent and mobile phone data are never shared, sold, rented, or bartered with affiliates or third-party marketers for any promotional or commercial marketing campaigns.

3. Information We Collect

Account information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and organization name.

Financial & Invoicing data: When you connect third-party services (QuickBooks, Jobber, Stripe, Google Sheets) or upload invoices and spreadsheets (.csv, .xlsx, .pdf, images), we retrieve transaction records, invoice balances, due dates, debtor contact info (emails/phone numbers), and customer names on your behalf to operate your collections workflow and approval queue.

AI-generated memory & notes: As you manage collections, BAIRE saves facts you record about customer commitments (e.g. "promised to mail check Friday"), so upcoming follow-up drafts and schedules stay aligned with real-world customer relationships.

Usage & Device data: We collect standard web server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and system logs to operate and secure the Service.

Payment information: Subscription payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your raw payment card credentials.

4. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the BAIRE AR Command Center
  • To generate relationship-aware follow-up email and SMS drafts for your review and approval
  • To synchronize and update open balances when invoices are paid
  • To send authorized transactional notifications, customer email summaries, and SMS collection reminders
  • To detect fraud, enforce our Fair-Use policies, and provide technical support

We do not sell your data. We do not use your proprietary business or customer financial data to train public foundation AI models.

5. AI Processing

BAIRE uses enterprise LLM APIs (including Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini) to assist with drafting collection communications and parsing customer notes. Customer data sent in generative prompts is processed ephemerally under strict zero-data-retention and commercial privacy terms that forbid using customer data to train public models.

6. Third-Party Integrations & Service Providers

We integrate with trusted infrastructure providers strictly to deliver core platform functionality:

  • Twilio: Used for transactional SMS message delivery for authorized collection reminders.
  • Resend: Used for transactional email delivery of follow-up notifications and account verifications.
  • Stripe: Used for subscription billing and payment processing.
  • Accounting & CRM platforms (QuickBooks, Jobber, etc.): Integrated via official OAuth connections that you can disconnect at any time.

7. Data Security & Storage

We use industry-standard encryption protocols (HTTPS/TLS in transit, AES-256 for OAuth credentials and stored integration tokens) to protect your business records. Despite robust safeguards, no internet transmission method is 100% impenetrable.

8. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data only for as long as your organization account is active. When you cancel or close your account, your data is scheduled for permanent purge within 30 days. You may request immediate data deletion at any time by contacting our support team.

9. Your Rights
