1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using BAIRE ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by MW4 Digital.

2. Description of Service

BAIRE is a business intelligence platform that connects to your financial and business data sources to generate AI-powered reports, insights, and summaries. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be 18 or older to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

The Service is offered on Free, Starter ($29/month), and Pro ($79/month) plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the Service
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the Service's security
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without permission
  • Use the Service to process data you are not authorized to access

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you connect to or upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant MW4 Digital a limited license to process your data for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not sell your data.

7. AI-Generated Content

Reports and insights generated by BAIRE are produced by AI and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice. You should not make significant business decisions based solely on AI-generated output without independent verification.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Stripe, QuickBooks, Square, etc.). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of data from third-party services.

9. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MW4 Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts.
